Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Pittsburgh Steelers Preview

Bucs vs SteelersThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to travel to Heinz Field in Pittsburgh to face off against the Steelers in a game that sees the home team looking for its 3rd win on the year, while the Bucs are still seeking their 1st win of the season.

The Bucs come into this game having been embarrassed at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons last week on Thursday Night Football, in a game that the Bucs went on to lose by the score of 56-14. The Steelers come into this one fresh off of a big win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday Night Football by the score of 37-19.

The Bucs have struggled mightily this season to say the least, being unable to come up with a single victory so far on the season, even losing to the Rams at one point who played without their 1st or 2nd string quarterback. The Bucs will need their defense to finally play like it should have been capable of, especially under the tutelage of head coach Lovie Smith. Mike Glennon will likely start this week with Josh McCown injured.

The Steelers are coming into this week looking to earn another victory over another an NFC South team and pad their record to 3-1. The Steelers will need to rely on their defense and tough running game to ensure that they beat the Bucs in this weeks contest. A win for the Steelers is important if they want to stay at pace with the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengaks in the division race.

The line for the game is set in favor of the Steelers by 7.5 points while the over/under is set at 45.5.

This is a pretty straight forward game to call, as the Bucs have failed to show any signs of life early in this season. Steelers win 28-10.
