Wisconsin vs LSU Preview

lsuThe Wisconsin Badgers are set to meet with the LSU Tigers at NRG Stadium in Houston as both teams are looking to start the 2014 off season with a victory.

The Badgers are entering this season ranked 14th in the country, after finishing last season with a record of 9-4 overall, winning 6 of the 8 games that they played within the Big 10 conference. Wisconsin also played 3 games last year against teams played in the top 25 ranking, and of those games, the Badgers won just one. LSU hopes to return to contention for an SEC title, and make it into the College Football Playoffs.

This game features a matchup of 2 teams ranked very close to each other, and should be one of the highlights of the opening weekends Saturday Schedule. The Tigers edge the Badgers in this one 21-20.
